Codreanu Alexandru Florin, a natural person. Alegrify is not a company yet: when it is, the company name, registered office and VAT number will appear here.

What data we collect

Your email address and the date of your consent. If you like, the kind of business you run as well: that field is optional, and leaving it empty changes nothing. Nothing else: we don’t ask for your name, phone number, payment details or your clients’ data.

Why we process it

To let you know when Alegrify opens. That is all: until we open, we send you nothing else. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which we collect with a box that is not pre-ticked, never ticked on your behalf. We don’t send you a verification email: the first one you get will be the one announcing that we’ve opened.

For how long

Until you withdraw your consent, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the service opens. We keep the proof of consent (address, date and time) for as long as it takes to show that it was valid.

Who we share it with

With the provider that handles sending the emails, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), appointed as data processor. We don’t sell or pass on addresses to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority).

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics tools. The typefaces are hosted on our own domain: your browser doesn’t contact external servers to load them.
